A large mass is present in the ventral abdomen caudal to the stomach, and arising from the spleen on the ventrodorsal projection. The liver is normal in size. No abnormalities are noted in the gastrointestinal or urinary tracts. The peritoneal detail is mildly decreased in the ventral abdomen.
Case Discussion
A splenic mass and hemoabdomen were diagnosed on abdominal ultrasound. No further diagnostics were performed.
