On whole body images, there are three oval, mineralized eggs visible in the coelom. One egg is positioned within the pelvic canal, and the other two are in the left and right cranial portion of the coelom. The remainder of the coelom and skeletal structures appear normal.

Case Discussion
Ovocentesis was performed with a needle and syringe transcloacllay, and the pelvic egg was removed. A second egg required the same procedure a week later.
