Presentation
Presents with 4-week history of generalized wobbliness when walking. 2-3 week history of head bobbing when attempting to eat. Owners do not think that gait abnormality has progressed since first noticed.

The cerebellum is small with a resulting large collection of CSF between the folia. There are no other abnormalities of signal intensity.
Case Discussion
Cerebellar hypoplasia, likely developmental. This may be due to congenital hypoplasia or abiotrophy. CSF was normal in this dog. The clinical signs fit well with the cerebellar findings, and there was no other diagnostic pursued.
