Quiz mode allows multiseries imaging cases to be presented in a format optimized for interactive tutorials and self-directed learning. This feature supports veterinary radiology education by encouraging observation, interpretation, and clinical reasoning.
The cases shown are selected based on system, category, and case quality ratings. Additional refinements to the selection algorithm are planned for future updates.

Excluding cases from quiz mode
Editors or the author of the case can choose to exclude specific cases from being included in quiz mode using a toggle in the case edit interface. If you come across a case that you feel is not suitable for quiz mode, please notify the editorial team at editors@vetlucent.com.
Common reasons for excluding a case
the case consists of a single image with annotations (e.g. arrows) that reveal the answer
the case has pathology images or other follow up images that reveal the answer (extended timeline)
the content is a diagram, reference table, or non-case illustration
the image quality is too poor to support learning
the case lacks adequate findings or a conclusive diagnosis
In short, any case that lacks educational value in a self-testing format should be excluded from quiz mode.

How to Add Questions
You can add short-answer questions to your own cases in just a few steps:
open a case you've uploaded
click Edit (you must be logged in)
drag a question box to the desired location in the case viewer
enter your question and answer
click Finish
These short-answer questions are visible both in quiz mode and standard case view. Note that multiple-choice questions (MCQs) are not currently supported within individual cases.
